Four Self-Love Valentines Smoothies + Juices

Meet my new mornings favourites: These pretty, nutrient-dense, insta-worthy smoothies and juices to give you the glow. Over the years, I’ve learned that breakfast is non-negotiable for me. If I don’t get in a combination of essential fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals, well….it’s not pretty. I’m sure I’m not the only one who can’t bare the idea of turning on the stove to cook up a full plate of food before noon, but throw some fruits, veggies, and almond milk in a blender or juicer and the result is pure magic…a glass full of goodness, ready in under a minute.

With Valentines Day right around the corner, I wanted to create something to symbolise self-love. These four smoothies and juices may not be pink, but they are both nutritious and beautiful to look at. The finished product is just that: a smoothie/juice packed with vitamins and minerals, with a gorgeous colour and just a touch of naturally-occuring sweetness. Pure perfection.

Three Self-Love Valentines Smoothies + Juices

Toppings: coconut chips, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds

Three Self-Love Valentines Smoothies + Juices

(Juiced in a juicer)

What are you doing this Valentines Day to nurture you?

What a wonderful Valentine’s post. I definitely try to focus on self-love on Valentine’s day, it’s such a great way to take some real meaning out of the holiday. All of these smoothies look amazing, and I love that you used maca powder! That stuff tastes like butterscotch 🙂

Oh wow these are all stunning! How am I ever supposed to decide which one to try first?! I think the berry chai one would have to be it, I love the flavors and the presentation <3 And I love the idea of focusing on self love for Valentines day. Smoothies and juices are definitely a way to show your body some love!
